This is an alpha. Studio is very much still being built. It renders real books today, and it will also crash, stall, or mispronounce things. When it does, Report a problem in the app sends us the details in a couple of clicks, and everything you rendered so far stays saved.

Windows will warn you the first time
This alpha build is not code-signed yet, so Windows shows “Windows protected your PC” with an unknown publisher. Click More info, then Run anyway. We are getting the publisher certificate now; signed builds make that screen go away. Until then, check the file against the fingerprint below if you want to be sure it is the one we published.

Report a problem
Studio is an alpha, and every report makes it better. Inside the app, use Report a problem in the footer, or the Send a report button under any error: pick what went wrong, press Send, and the diagnostic log goes with it. Use this form when the app never got that far.
From the app: app and Windows version, CPU and memory, the render settings (voice, speed, format, chapter count), the last error, and the app's own log. Never your book text, its title, or file names. The app shows you the exact contents before you send. From this form: what you type, the Windows version you pick, your browser's name and language, and your screen size.
%APPDATA%\echo-studio\logs\studio.log. The app's Report dialog has an Open log folder button if you ever need to attach it by hand.
Reports are kept for up to 180 days. Details in the privacy policy.
Built around the platform rules
AI narration has rules. Echo Studio is designed around them, so your audiobook starts on the right side of every platform.
For rights holders
You confirm you own or license the audio rights to every book you render. If you wrote it, you can publish it. If you didn't, you can't.
Disclosure built in
Your files carry AI-narration disclosure metadata automatically, including Spotify's digital-voice flag, so the required disclosure is already handled when you upload.
Straight answers
Spotify welcomes disclosed digital narration. YouTube allows it with its own monetization rules. Audible and Apple Books don't take third-party AI narration today — we'll always tell you what works where.
